Gun Barrel Inspection System 40-80mm

For inspecting 40mm to 80mm gun barrels

The Dart Systems Gun Barrel Inspection Camera System (GBC) can inspect gun barrels from 40mm to 80mm diameter and was designed and manufactured by Dart Systems in conjunction with The British Army.

The system uses a 90° view camera system to provide a detailed view of the guns internal wall condition and enables inspection of the rifling lands & grooves etc.

Skid sets are supplied for the required barrel diameter (between 40mm and 80mm) to centralise the camera head and poles in the barrel to provide a 360° view on inspection, and also protect the barrel from contact with the camera head therefore avoiding any damage.

The camera head is mounted onto graduated aluminium interconnecting poles which can be configured from 1m up to 10m.

The GBC 5" Colour Monitor provides a waterproof ruggedized viewing and recording console allowing video or still image capture onto an SD card (128GB max)

Supplied in a ruggedized hard case.
